Finally got my first American Stratocaster. I ordered my American Special from Zzounds and got it a day and a half later.

This video shows the unboxing and demo of the guitar using S-Gear virtual amps.

Between the unboxing and demo I adjusted the truss rod, removed one of the springs on the tremolo and tightened the screws so that the tremolo would sit almost flat and be easy to use. It’s just my preference.

Overall I love the guitar. The body fits next to my body like a glove and I can play on the neck for hours. The Texas Special pickups aren’t my favorite. I plan on swapping those out in the near future.
